About Eric Ratinoff
Eric Ratinoff represents plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance matters in California and throughout the nation. He is a founding partner of Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, LLP, based in Sacramento, California.
He has successfully tried and settled numerous cases on behalf of his clients for matters involving personal injury, product liability, disability insurance claim denials, bad faith denial of insurance claims, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, medical malpractice cases, defective product cases involving automobiles, household appliances and industrial equipment, dangerous drugs, defective medical devices and a wide range of other catastrophic personal injury issues.
One of Eric's recent lawsuit victories involves what is believed to be one of the largest medical malpractice jury verdicts in Sacramento County. With law partner Brooks Cutter, they recovered $7.6 million on behalf of a young woman rendered T4 paraplegic due to U.C. Davis Medical Center's failure to diagnose a tumor on her thoracic spine.
