Awards and Accomplishments

Eric Ratinoff has a statewide and national reputation for obtaining outstanding results, including numerous jury verdicts. He has been named a Northern California “Super Lawyer” and has been AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for multiple years, and has been honored as Humanitarian of the Year by Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA), after the namesake of his mentor Mort Friedman.

Eric is both an alumni and faculty member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and frequently lectures at seminars around the country on the subjects of personal injury litigation, automobile accident litigation, trial practice and evidence.  In 2013 he was elected to the Board of Directors of the California Brain Injury Association (BIACAL) and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and was invited to become a member of Cien Amigos, a coalition of community leaders working toward the mutual prosperity of both California and Mexico.
